Materials
- 500 ML Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts Choco chips
- 4 tbsp Hot milk
Instructions
- To make the perfect Milky Glass Cake, first take a pan and add 500 ML of Milk.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar, little by little, add 3 tbsp of cornflour, and mix well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and mix well.
- Now, place the pan on low flame and cook until it turns thick and stirs continuously.
- After milk turns thick, add 2 tbsp of butter and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and mix well.
- After milk starts coating on the spatula, this means it’s cooked perfectly and turns off the flame.
- Now, take any glass/bowl and grease them with oil/butter.
- Now, fill hot mix into glass and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Now, place all glasses into the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Now, take roasted peanuts.
- Now, take a zip lock packet and crush the peanuts.
- Now take 1/2 cup of choco chips, add 4 tbsp of hot milk, mix well, and prepare a ganache.
- After 3-4 hours, take out all glass from the fridge.
- Now gently take out the cake from the glass to a plate.
- Now, cut it into two pieces.
- Now coat all pieces with crushed peanuts and garnish them with chocolate ganache.
- Now your Chocolate Milky cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
