This barfi recipe is one of the Sweet which is made of Ghee & the combination of Milk powder & Sugar .Condensed Milk can be used instead of Milk powder & Milk.It is very instant sweet recipe & easy to make.It is made during some festive occasions like Diwali, Navratri, Holi & all.It can be enjoyed with some Snacks.In this way, many Sweets can be made like Barfi , Milk cake & so on.
बिना मावा 3 चीज़ो से बनायीं ऐसी Tasty मिठाई कोई न पहचाने की घर में बनायीं Milk Barfi Recipe – Barfi
Milk Powder – 2 cups
Ghee – 5-6 tbsp
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Water – 3/4 cup
Kevda essence – 2-3 drops
- To make Milk Pista Burfi take a bowl.
- Add milk powder,Ghee and mix well.
- Now take a kadhai add sugar,water and melt on medium flame.
- Add Kevda essence and boil until near by to 1 string consistency
- Add milk powder mix and stir continously.
- Mix well without lumps.
- Cook until thick and leaves pan.
- Turn off flame when it starts leaving pan.
- Take a plate/tray and greade well.
- Add a butter paper and grease it.
- Spread chopped pista and keep aside.
- Transfer mix on tray and spread.
- Let it set in room temperature/fridge for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins take out.
- Demold and remove butter paper.
- Cut into pieces.
- Milk Pista Burfi is ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
