Materials
- 3 liters Milk
- 1 pinch Citric Acid –
- 450 grams Sugar
- 5 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- To make Delicious Milk Cake, first place a heavy base iron pan on flame.
- Now add little water and spread water on all sides.
- Now add 3-liter fresh buffalo milk and stir continuously and boil.
- Now, take any heavy and deep cake tin or bowl and grease it with oil/ghee.
- Now, take a towel and place the cake tin on it.
- Now boil the milk until it reduces to 1/2 of its quantity.
- Now, take one pinch of citric acid/Alum/Lemon Juice.
- Now add 1 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Now turn the flame to low, and little by little, add citric acid to milk and mix well.
- Now cook until it reduces to 1/4 of its quantity.
- Now, turn the flame to low and add 450 grams of sugar in batches and mix well.
- After 5 minutes, add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well on medium flame.
- Now again, add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
- Now, one more time, add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix well and cook on medium flame until its turns brown.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
- Now transfer the mix into the greased cake tin, spread, and spread well.
- Now close the lid on the cake tin and seal all sides with a towel and let it rest for 3-4 hours; do not open between.
- After 3-4 hours, check the milk cake and de-mould it into a plate.
- Now, cut the cake into small pieces.
- Now your Most delicious Milk cake is ready, and you can enjoy it.
