Materials
- 1 cup Left Over Ghee Mava
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk Powder
- 1 tsp Elachi Powder
Instructions
- To make Milk cake first, take 1 cup of Leftover Ghee Mawa.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of milk, and boil.
- After milk starts boiling, add 1 cup of leftover Ghee Mawa and mix well.
- After mixing well, add 1/2 cup of sugar, and mix well.
- Now add 1/4 cup of milk powder, mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Now add 1 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well, and cook until it starts leaving the pan.
- After the mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with ghee.
- Now transfer all mix into the tray and spread well.
- Now, let it set for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- After 15 Minutes, garnish it with dry fruits and cut it into small pieces.
- Now your Milk cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
