Materials
- 1.5 liter Full Fat Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Instructions
- To make Market-style Milk Barfi, first place a heavy-based pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of water to it and spread it on all sides of the pan.
- Now add 1.5 litres of whole fat milk and boil it on high flame.
- After milk starts boiling, turn the flame to low and cook the milk until it turns to 1/3 of its quantity and stirs continuously.
- After milk turns thick and starts leaving the pan, add 1/2 cup of sugar, mix well, stir continuously, and cook until the mix starts leaving the pan.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, then check the dough.
- To check the dough, take a small part of the mix and prepare a small ball from it, and if it doesn’t stick on your hands, consistency is perfect.
- Now, turn off the flame and stir continuously because the pan is hot.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with ghee.
- Now, transfer the mix into the tray and spread well.
- Now, let it set for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, the garnish is with sliver Vark and cut it into small pieces.
- Now your milk barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
