सच मानिये पतले दूध से भी बनेगी सबसे मलाईदार मटका मलाई कुल्फी इस ट्रिक से Matka Malai Kulfi | Kulfi
INGREDIENTS
Milk – 1.5 ltr
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Almonds – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Cashew – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Pista – 1 tbsp
- To make Malaidar Kulfi .
- Place a heavy base kadhai or pan.
- Add 1 tbsp water in kadhai.
- Add milk, Do not take boiled milk.Use raw milk.
- Stir continously and On low medium flame Boil milk until it reduces to 1/3.
- Scrape sides and mix into milk.
- When milk boils and reduces to half add Sugar,Cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add Finely Chopped Almonds,Finely Chopped Cashew,Finely Chopped Pista and mix well and boil until reduces to 1/3.
- After sometime take spoon and check consistency,If it coats a layer its perfect.
- Turn off flame and let it cool completely.
- After completely cooled down take a whisker.
- Whisk it well for 1 min to make smooth mix.
- To set kulfi take kulfi mold/cups/glass
- Take a glass and place kulfi mold.
- Fill molds with prepared mix.
- Take foil paper/butter paper and cover.
- Close and cover with rubber band.
- Cut and place a ice cream stick in between.
- Let it set for 7-8 hours or over night in freezer.
- After 8 hours check them.
- Remove foil and rubber band.
- Dip into normal water and rub in between palms.
- Take kulfi out.
- Transfer on plate and garnish with pista and serve.
- Malaidar Kulfi is ready to serve.Enoy!!
