  • Ginger अदरक – 1-inch
  • Garlic – 6 to 7
  • Curd – 3/4 cup
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Cumin Seed/Jeera – 1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaf/Kari Patta 
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
  • All-purpose flour – 1 cup
  • Rice flour  – 2 tbsp
  • Spring Onion – 4 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves

For Hotel Style Chutney 

  • Roasted Chana Daal – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic लहसुन – 6 to 7
  • Green chilli – 2 to 3
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch
  • Desiccated Coconut – 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Coriander Leaves/Hara Dhania – 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind juice – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida/Hing – 2 pinches
  • Black Gram – 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves (Curry Patte)
  • Red Chili

Materials

For Matar Mysore Bonda Recipe

  • Green Peas – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 2 to 3
  • Ginger – 1-inch
  • Garlic – 6 to 7
  • Curd – 3/4 cup
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Cumin Seed/Jeera – 1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaf/Kari Patta 
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
  • All-purpose flour – 1 cup
  • Rice flour  – 2 tbsp
  • Spring Onion – 4 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves

For Hotel Style Chutney 

  • Roasted Chana Daal – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic – 6 to 7
  • Green chilli – 2 to 3
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch
  • Desiccated Coconut – 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Coriander Leaves/Hara Dhania – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • To make Perfect Matar Mysore Bonda, first take a grinding jar and add 1 cup of green peas, 2-3 chopped green chilli, 1-inch ginger, 6-7 garlic cloves, and make a coarse paste.
  • Now, take a bowl and add 3/4 cup of curd, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of finely chopped curry leaves, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, and mix well with a whisker.
  • Now add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp of rice flour, and mix well.
  • Now add little water and mix well.
  • Now add prepared Peas paste, 4 tbsp of spring onion greens, finely chopped coriander and mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 Minutes, check the batter, add 1 tbsp of hot oil, and mix well.
  • Now wet your hands and one by one prepare small Bondas and add them into hot oil and fry on medium flame.
  • After some time, rotate all Bonda and fry well until golden and crispy
  • After Bonda turns golden and crisp, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • Now your amazing Matar Mysore Bonda is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Hotel Style chutney

  • To make Hotel-style chutney, first take a grinding jar and add 1/2 cup of roasted chana dal, 6-7 garlic cloves, 2-3 green chilli, 1/2 inch of ginger, 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut, salt as per taste.
  • Now add finely chopped coriander, 1 tsp of tamarind juice, 2-3 tbsp of water, and make a fine paste.
  • Now transfer the chutney to a bowl.
  • Now, place a tampering pan on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, two pinches of asafoetida, 1 tsp of Urad dal, curry leaves, one red chilli.
  • Now turn off the flame and add tempering on the prepared chutney.
  • Now your Hotel-style chutney is ready, and you can enjoy it with Matar Mysore Bonda.
