Materials
- Cauliflower – 1
- Potato – 4
- Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch
- Salt
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Choppedn Onion – 1
- Grated Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Grated Tomato – 2
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 2 to 3 tsp
- Milk Cream – 2 tbsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tbsp
- Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
- Boiled Green Peas – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Ginger Julienne
- Deseeded Tomato
- Chopped Coriander
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Ginger Julienne
- Splitted Green chilli
Instructions
- To make the tasty Masala Aloo Gobi Ki Sabji, take a cauliflower and cut it into florets.
- Next step – take four potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- Next step – sprinkle turmeric powder, salt, and red chilli powder on the cauliflower florets and mix well.
- Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 3 tbsp of oil, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is hot, add cauliflower, fry well, and stir continuously.
- After the cauliflower turns golden, transfer the roasted cauliflower to a plate.
- Next step – add chopped potato, sprinkle a little salt, and roast well until golden brown.
- After the potato pieces turn golden, turn off the flame and transfer the potato to a plate.
- Next step – add oil into Kadhai(as required), 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and let it crackle.
- After the cumin seeds crackle, add one chopped onion and roast on high flame.
- After the onion turns little pink, add 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 1 tbsp of grated garlic, 2-3 chopped green chilies, and 1/2 tsp of asafoetida, mix well, and roast well.
- Next step – add two grated potatoes, salt per taste, and roast well on medium flame.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and 2 tbsp of water and mix everything well.
- After the gravy releases oil, add 2 tbsp of milk cream and mix well.
- Next step – add 1 tbsp of Kasoori methi and 1 tsp of dry mango powder and mix well.
- Next step – add 2-3 tbsp of boiled peas and mix well.
- Next step – add fried potato & cauliflower and mix well gently.
- Next step – add ginger julienne, tomato pieces(seedless), chopped coriander and mix well.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, turn off the flame and Garnish it with ginger julienne, chopped coriander, and green chilli.
- Now your perfect Masala Aloo Gobi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
