Mango Milk Cake Recipe | How to make Mango Milk Cake at Home | Mango Cake Recipe
Materials
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 1 Ripped Mango
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Chopped Pistachio for garnishing
Instructions
- To make Mango Milk Cake first place a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of water and rotate.
- Now add 1/2 litre of milk and boil milk on high flame until the milk gets 2 boils.
- While Milk is boiling take one ripped mango and peel it and cut it into small pieces.
- Now take a grinding jar and add mango pieces to it and grind well and make a fine puree.
- After a boil scrapes sides and mix milk into milk and boil until the milk gets 2 boils.
- After milk gets 2 boils add prepared mango puree to it and mix well with a spoon or whisker.
- Now turn the flame to medium-high and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until thick.
- Now add 5 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
- While cooking cake mix takes a cake tin and greases it with ghee and place butter paper on it.
- Now add some chopped pistachio to the tin Surface.
- Now turn the flame to low and add 4 tbsp of milk powder in batches and mix well and cook until its starts leaving the pan.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan turn off the flame and transfer it into the greased cake tin and spread well.
- Now keep the cake tin in the fridge for 1/3 hour and let it set.
- After 1/2 hour take out the cake tin from the fridge and transfer it to a plate.
- Now cut it into small pieces and garnish its saffron strands.
- Now your Mango milk cake is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
