Materials
- 1 whole Mango
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- Kesar/Saffron
- 3-4 pods Crushed Cardamom
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 cup Sooji
- 10-12 pcs Cashew Nuts
- 10-12 pcs Raisins
Instructions
- To make Mango Kesri Sweet, first take a blending jar and add 1 cup of mango pieces to it.
- Now add sugar per taste, one pinch of saffron strands, 3-4 pods of cardamom powder.
- Now blend everything well and make a paste.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1.5 cups of water to it, and boil on medium flame.
- Now, place another pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of ghee to it and melt.
- Now add 1/2 cup of semolina and mix well, and roast.
- Now add 10-12 cashew nuts, mix well, and roast on low, medium flame.
- After Mix turns golden then add mango mix to the pan and mix well.
- Now add 10-12 pcs of raisins and mix well.
- Now add boiling water in batches into the Mix and mix well.
- Now close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, remove the lid and turn off the flame.
- Now, take a silicon Mold and add mango suji mix to it.
- Now, let it set for 10 – 15 minutes.
- After 10 Minutes, de-mold it, and you and you can serve it and enjoy it.
