In this post, I will share an easy and straightforward recipe to make amazing Mango Dharwad Peda at your Home step by step.

This recipe is very easy, and you don’t need to make a sugar syrup and don’t need Mava, condense milk and any other ingredients.

So without wasting any time, let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Mango Dharwad Peda Recipe 

  • Ripped Mango – 1
  • Paneer – 200 gms
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Milk Powder – 2 tbsp (Alternatively use Kaju Powder or Desiccated Coconut)
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Bura for coating

Materials

  • 1 Ripped Mango
  • 200 grams Paneer 
  • 1 tsp Ghee 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Ghee 
  • 2 tbsp Milk Powder 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • sugar powder for coating

Instructions

  • To make Dharwad Mango Peda take a Ripped Mango.
  • Now, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add mango pieces, and grind well and make a smooth paste.
  • Now, take 200 grams of cheese and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add cheese pieces to it, and grind the crumble texture.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add cheese and 1 tsp of ghee.
  • Now stir continuously and roast the cheese until golden brown.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of sugar, mix well, stir continuously, and cook until it turns brown golden.
  • After cheese turns brown golden, turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add cool cheese mix into it.
  • Now grind it again and make a fine powder.
  • Now, place a pan on flame again and add 1 tsp of ghee to it and heat.
  • Now add mango pulp into the pan, mix well, cook on low flame, and stir continuously.
  •  After mango pulp starts leaving the pan, add cheese mix powder into the pan and mix well.
  •  Now add 2 tbsp of milk powder and mix well and cook until the mix starts leaving the pan.
  • Now add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
  • After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl and let it cool.
  • Now prepare a small Peda with the mix.
  • Now coat the prepared Peda with sugar powder and prepare Peda from all mix.
  • Now your Mango Dharwad Peda are entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Mango Dharwad Peda Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make Dharwad Mango Peda take a Ripped Mango.
