- Milk – 2 ltr (2000 ml)
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 6 tbsp/100 gram
Instructions
- To make the perfect Malai Ladoo, place a heavy-based pan on flame, and add 2 tbsp of water.
- Next step – add 1 liter of full-fat milk and boil the milk on medium to high flame until the milk quantity reduces to 1/4 of its original quantity.
- Next step – Place another pan on flame, add 1 liter of milk, and boil.
- Next step – take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of white vinegar (alternatively use citric acid), 1/2 cup of water, and mix well.
- After the milk starts boiling, turn off the flame and let it cool for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add vinegar mix in batches and mix well until the milk curdles.
- After the milk curdles, drain the water with the help of a cloth and rinse the curdled milk with water.
- Next step – squeeze the cheese and remove the water completely.
- Next step – mash the cheese with the help of a fork.
- After the milk quantity reduces to 1/4 of its original quantity, add 6 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
