Materials
- 2 pcs Maggie
- 1 tbsp Maggie masala
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped carrot-
- 1 Finely chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Cheese
- 5 tbsp Bread crumbs
- Crushed maggie for coating
- Oil for frying
- 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp water
- salt as per taste
Instructions
- To make Maggi Pakora, first take the two-pack of Maggi.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add water to it and boil well.
- After the water starts boiling, add Maggi to it and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and transfer Maggi into a strainer.
- Now remove the excess water and transfer it into a bowl.
- Now into Maggi, add 1 tbsp of Maggie Masala, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp of finely chopped carrot and one finely chopped onion.
- Now add 1 tsp of butter, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, salt per taste, and 2 tbsp of grated cheese.
- Now add bread 5 tbsp of bread crumbs, mix everything well, add more bread crumbs if required, and make a dough.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with oil.
- Now transfer all mix into the tray and spread well.
- Let it set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, take it out from the fridge and cut it into small squire cake pieces.
- Now, take 3 tbsp of All-purpose flour in a bowl.
- Now, add salt as required and add water as needed and make a slurry.
- Now take some crushed Raw Maggi in a bowl.
- Now take Maggi cake and dip it into Slurry.
- Now coat it with Crushed Maggi.
- Now follow the same steps and Dip all Cake pieces into Slurry and coat with Crushed Maggi.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add Maggi cake into the pan and fry well until golden.
- After Maggi cake turns golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Maggi Cake Pakore are Ready, and you can enjoy them.
