Materials
- Boiled Potato – 4 pcs
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Coarse Powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds / Ajwain – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3 pcs
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Grated Garlic – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 2 pcs
- Chopped Coriander – 2 pcs
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Oil

- Oil – 2 tsp
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 1 tsp
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Tomato – 3 pcs
- Salt as per Taste
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- To make the perfect liquid aloo paratha, take four boiled potatoes and grate them with the help of a grater.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1 tsp of coarse coriander powder, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, 1 tsp of carom seeds, and salt as per taste.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Now add 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of grated garlic, two chopped onions, and 2 tsp of chopped coriander.
- Now add 1 cup of wheat flour, and water in batches, and prepare a thick batter.
- Now cover the batter and let it rest for some time.
- Now place a tawa on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
- After the pan is hot, add a ladle full of batter and spread well.
- After some time, add oil and roast on both sides.
- After the paratha turns golden and crispy, transfer it to a plate and cook the next paratha.
Chutney Recipe
- To make the amazing chutney, place a pan on flame, add 2 tsp., and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of grated garlic, 1 tsp of chopped green chili, and 1 tsp of grated ginger, and roast well.
- After some time, add the paste of three tomatoes and cook well.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, and red chili flakes, and mix well.
- After cooking well, add gram flour paste (1 tbsp of gram flour and 3/4 cup of water) and cook well.
- After cooking well, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander.
- Now your perfect Liquid Aloo Paratha and Chutney are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
