Lehsuni Paneer Tikka Recipe | How to make Garlic Paneer Tikka | Tawa Paneer Tikka
Materials
- 400 grams Paneer/Indian Cottage cheese
- 1.5 tbsp Besan/Gram flour
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 Finely Chopped Green chilli
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds/Ajwain
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg/Jaiphal
- Oil for shallow fryButter (optional)
Instructions
- To make Lahshuni Paneer Tikka, first take 400 grams of cheese and cut it into four pieces.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 1.5 tbsp of gram flour and roast a little until aromatic and golden.
- Turn off the flame and transfer the gram to a plate.
- Now take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of curd, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of chopped garlic, two finely chopped green chilli.
- Now add 1 tbsp of mustard oil, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of lemon juice, roasted gram flour,1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder,
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of grated nutmeg.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now, add cheese pieces into the bowl and coat well to marinate.
- Now, keep the bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes or at room temperature.
- After 15 minutes, take out the bowl from eh fridge.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and grease it well.
- Now add 1 tsp of butter, place prepared cheese pieces on the pan, and roast on low flame.
- After some time, turn the Paneer tikka to another side and roast well until golden and crisp.
- After Paneer tikka turns golden and crisp, transfer them to a plate.
- Now your Perfect Lahshuni Paneer tikka is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
