  • Leftover Rice – 1 bowl
  • Milk powder – 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar – 1/2 bowl
  • Water – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • To make perfect Leftover Rice Gulab Jamun, take a grinding jar.
  • Now add one bowl of leftover rice, grind well and transfer the rice to a bowl.
  • Now into rice, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 2 tbsp of milk powder.
  • Now grease your hands, mix everything well and prepare a dough.
  • Now, take a small portion of dough and prepare around Gulab Jamun.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
  • After the hot oil, add prepared Gulab Jamun into the pan and fry well until golden brown.
  • After your Gulab Jamun turns golden brown, transfer them to a plate.
  • Now place a pan on flame, add 1/2 bowl of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, boil, and prepare a one-string consistency syrup.
  • After sugar syrup is one string consistency, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now add prepared Gulab Jamun into the sugar syrup and let the Gulab Jamun rest for 1-2 hours.
  • After 1-2 hours, check the Gulab Jamun and garnish them with chopped dry fruits.
