  • Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch

Instructions

  • To make the amazing Instant Paneer Masala, place a cooker on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add two bay leaves, two green cardamoms, one cinnamon stick, two cloves, and 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and saute a little.
  • Next step – add 3 chopped onion(sliced), 6-7 garlic cloves(whole) and roast well until golden.
  • Next step – add grated ginger and two green chillies, and roast a little.
  • After the onion turns little pink, add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and mix everything well.
  • Next step – add three chopped tomatoes, and salt per taste, and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • After the tomatoes turn a little soft, add 1 cup of water and mix well.
  • Next step – close the lid and cook until two whistles.
  • Next step – take 200 grams of Paneer and cut it into diced form.
  • Next step – sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and kasoori methi on Paneer and coat well.
  • Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of butter, some drops of oil, and melt.
  • Next step – add the Paneer into the pan and roast well until golden.
  • After the Paneer turns golden, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate.
  • Next step – add one chopped capsicum into the pan and roast a little.
  • After roasting a little, transfer the capsicum to a plate.
  • After two whistles, turn off the flame and let the pressure release.
  • After the pressure is releases, remove the lid and mash the gravy with the help of a masher.18 – Next step – add 2 tbsp of whisked curd and mix well.
  • Next step – turn on the flame, add capsicum & cheese, and mix well.
  • Next step – add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of kasoori methi, ginger julienne, and chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Next step – cover the lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and garnish it with ginger julienne, split green chilli, and coriander.
  • Now your perfect Instant Paneer Masala is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
