Materials
- 2 cup Poha/Chiwda
- 1 Finely Chopped Green chili
- 1 tbsp. Grated Ginger
- Finely chopped curry leaves
- 4 tbsp. Rice Flour
- 1/4 tbsp. Asafoetida
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- 1 cup Curd
- Cooking Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make Perfect Instant Medu Vada, take two cups of Poha/Flatten rice.
- Now wash your Poha with water, and soak the Poha into the water for 3-4 minutes.
- After 3-4 minutes, drain the excess water and transfer the Poha to a bowl.
- Now into Poha, add 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of grated ginger, finely chopped curry leaves, 4 tbsp of rice flour, 1/4 ts of asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Now add finely chopped coriander, little by little, add 1 cup of curd, mix everything well and prepare a semis soft dough.
- Now cover the mix and let it rest for 4-5 minutes.7 – Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
