  • Poha/Chiwda – 2 cups
  • Finely Chopped Green chili -1
  • Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped curry leaves
  • Rice Flour – 4 tbsp.
  • Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
  • स्वादानुसार नमक
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  • बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Cooking Oil for deep fry

Materials

  • 2 cup Poha/Chiwda
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green chili 
  • 1 tbsp. Grated Ginger
  • Finely chopped curry leaves
  • 4 tbsp. Rice Flour 
  • 1/4 tbsp. Asafoetida 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds 
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • 1 cup Curd 
  • Cooking Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  • To make instant medu vada, first of all, take 2 cups of poha and wash it with water, and after wash leave it in the water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now with the help of a strainer, drain excess water and transfer the poha into a bowl.
  • Now add 1 chopped green chili, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, finely chopped curry leaves, 4 tbsp of rice flour, 1/4 tbsp of asafoetida, 1 tbsp of cumin, 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander, 1 cup curd in it.
  • Now mix everything well and keep it covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now put a pan on the gas and add oil to deep fry in it.
  • Now make small tikkis of the dough.
  • Now put the vada in the pan and deep fry them until they become golden.
  • Now transfer them to a plate.
  • Now your delicious vada can be fully prepared and you can enjoy them.
