गरमा गरम कड़ाही से निकलता हुआ एकदम कुरकुरा नया नाश्ता जिसे देखते ही बनाने भागोगे Instant Poha Vada
INGREDIENTS
Poha/Chiwda – 2 cups
Finely Chopped Green chilli -1
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Finely chopped curry leaves
Rice Flour – 4 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Curd – 1 cup
Cooking Oil for deep fry
- To Make Instant Crispy Vada take a bowl.
- Add 2 cups poha.
- Wash poha and remove water.
- Add water and soak poha for 3-4 mins.
- Check after 4 mins,With help of strainer remove excess water.
- Transfer into a bowl.
- Add Finely Chopped Green chilli,Grated Ginger,Finely chopped curry leaves,Rice Flour,Asafoetida,Salt,Cumin Seeds,Finely Chopped Coriander.
- Add curd little by little and mix well and prepare semi soft dough.
- Close lid and let it set for 3-4 mins.
- Check dough after 4 mins.
- Add oil in kadhai and heat on medium flame.
- Take ball size mix and prepare a ball.
- Flatten it and make a hole in centre.
- Add vada into medium hot oil and fry.
- Flip an dfry on all sides until golden crisp.
- Transfer onto a tissue affter golden crisp.
- Instant Crispy Vada is ready to serve..Enjoy!!!
