Materials
- 500 gram Amla/Goosberry
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 5 Salt
- 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 20 pcs Dry red chilli
Instructions
- To make Amla Achar first, take 500 Grams of Amla, 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 2 tbsp of cumin seeds, 2 tbsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, 5 tbsp of salt, 3 tbsp of mustard oil, 20 Red chilli.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add Amla, and add one glass of water.
- Now boil Amla until soft, and do not over boil.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add red chilli, mustard seeds, Fenugreek, cumin.
- Now grind everything and prepare a Course powder.
- After 2 to 3 Minutes, check Amla and add 1 tsp of salt in a pan and cook 2 minutes more.
- Now, check Amla with a Knife and turn off the flame.
- Now, remove the excess water.
- Now, remove the Seed, cut it into small pieces, and let them cool.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 3 tbsp of mustard oil, and heat it very lightly.
- Now turn off the flame, add turmeric powder, add prepared Masala, and mix well.1
- Now add all Amla, 5 tbsp of salt to the pan and mix well.
- Now, transfer it into a jar, and you can store it in the fridge for one month.
