Ingredients of Immunity Booster Powder

  • Coriander Seeds – 6 tbsp
  • Cumin – 6 tbsp
  • Fennel Seeds- 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom – 5 pods
  • Cinnamon Stick – 2
  • Cloves – 10 Pepper
  • Corns – 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Dry Ginger Powder – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 6 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 6 tbsp Cumin 
  • 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 5 pods Cardamom 
  • 2 Cinnamon Stick 
  • 10 pepper Cloves 
  • 1 tbsp Corns 
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 
  • 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder

Instructions

  • To make a Healthy Immunity Booster first place a pan on flame.
  • Now 6 tbsp of coriander seeds, 4 tbsp of cumin, 2 tbsp of fennel, 5 pods cardamom, 2 cinnamon sticks, 10 cloves, 1 tbsp of peppercorns, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds.
  •  Now dry roast everything for 3 minutes until aromatic.
  • Now turn off the flame and transfer everything to a plate and let it cool.
  • Now take a grinding jar and add all masala mix to it.
  • Now into the jar add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of dry ginger powder.
  •  Now blend everything well and prepare a fine powder.
  • Now your Immunity booster Powder is ready and you can store it for 1 month.
  • Now we will prepare an immunity booster Drink and for this place a pan on medium flame and add 1.5 cups of water and boil.
  • After the water starts boiling add 1 tbsp of jaggery, 1 tbsp of immunity booster powder, and boil.
  •  Now your Immunity booster is ready and you can serve it into a cup.
  •  If you want to make another type of drink then take a cup and fill half of it with a prepared immunity booster drink.
  • Now into the cup add 1/4 cup of milk and mix well and your second type of drink is also ready and you can enjoy it and boost your Immunity.
