  • Water – 2-3 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 pinch
  • Lime Juice
  • Grated coconut

  • High Protein Batter - 1 cup
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped carrot
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped green onion

  • Chaat masala

  • Baking soda – 2 pinch

Instructions

  • To make the perfect High Protein Breakfast, take 1 cup of moong dal, 1/2 cup of urad dal, and 1/2 cup of chana dal.
  • Next step – wash all Dal and soak it for 1 hour.
  • Next step – take a grinding jar, add soaked Dal(remove the excess water before adding), 1 inch of ginger, 2-3 green chillies, 5-6 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp of water, and make a fine paste.
  • Next step – add salt as per taste, one pinch of asafoetida, and whisk well for 2-3 minutes.

  • Take a bowl, add 1 cup of prepared batter, 1/2 tsp of fruit salt, and whisk well.
  • Next step – place an Appe Pan on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
  • Next step – fill the prepared batter, close the lid, and cook for a minute.
  • After a minute, remove the lid, flip all Appe, and cook for another minute.
  • After one minute, check the Appe, turn off the flame, and transfer the Appe to a plate.

  • Next step – take a bowl, add prepared paste, 2 cups of chilled water, 1 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp of white salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, lime juice, and mix everything well.
  • Next step – add prepared Appe, boondi, and chopped coriander into prepared water and mix well.
  • Now your instant high-protein Breakfast is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

  • Take a bowl, add 1/2 cup of prepared batter, 1/4 tsp of fruit salt, 1/4 tsp of oil, and a pinch of turmeric powder, and mix well.
  • Next step – take a greased plate, and add prepared batter.
  • Next step – place a pan on flame, add water, place a stand into the pan, and heat well.
  • After the water boils, place the batter plate on the stand, and sprinkle the red chilli powder & coriander on it.
  • Next step – close the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
  • After 3 minutes, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Next step – place a tempering pan on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, and heat well.
