Dosa is very popular in south india, particularly in tamil cuisine and one of the popular dosa items in most of the restaurant’s menu. The speciality of this dosa recipe is it can be served with or without any Chutney or Sambhar.It can be served as breakfast or for lunch & dinner. This is instant recipe & easy to make.It can be varied & can be prepared in many ways like Rava Dosa , Masala Dosa , Neer Dosa , Tomato Dosa & with little changes, this batter can be used for preparing Idlis also.

बिना खमीर दाल चावल से ही मिनटों में होटल जैसा क्रिस्पी डोसा वोभी लोहे के तवा पर Instant Dosa Recipe

Urad dal/Split black gram – 3/4 cup
Rice – 1/2 cup
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Chana dal/Chickpeas – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek/methi seeds – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp

  • To make Instant Crispy Paper Dosa take Urad dal/Split black gram,Rice,Chana dal/Chikpeas,Fenugreek/methi.
  • Wash and soak everything for 3 hours.
  • Remove excess water after 3 hours.
  • Take a grinding jar.
  • Add all soaked ingredients.
  • Add Water and make fine batter.
  • Add Rice flour and grind well.
  • Add water accordingly and Prepare Ribbon consistency batter.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Salt (add salt only before preparing dosa).
  • Heat tawa on medium flame.
  • Add oil,wipe with tissue paper and heat.
  • Heat until smoke comes and sprinkle water and Clean with kitchen towel.
  • Add laddle full batter and spread in 1 direction.
  • Add oil or ghee and cook until golden crisp.
  • Take out after golden.
  • Dosa id ready to serve.
  • Serve with sambar and coconut chutney.Enjoy!!!
