Materials
- Desiccated Coconut – 1 cup
- Fox nut – 1 cup
- Almonds – 10 to 15
- Melon seeds – 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin seed – 1/4 cup
- Poppy Seed – 1/4 cup
- Roasted Chickpeas – 1/2 cup
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
- Rock Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Golden Raisins
Instructions
- To make the perfect summer laddu, take 1 cup of desiccated coconut, 1 cup of fox nut, 10-15 almonds, 1/2 cup of muskmelon seeds, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup of poppy seeds, 1/2 cup of roasted chana.
- Now take a grinding jar, add all the ingredients (except coconut power), and make a coarse powder.
- Now place a Kadhai on flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, and heat a little.
- After the ghee melts, add the prepared powder and roast a little.
- After 1-2 minutes, add desiccated coconut and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer everything into a bowl.
- Now add 1/2 tsp. of pepper powder, 1 tsp of cardamom powder, and fried raisins, and mix well.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add 1 cup of rock sugar (Mishri) and 1/4 cup of water, and melt the rock sugar.
- After the rock sugar syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame.
- Now add the syrup to the bowl and mix well.
- After the mix is medium-hot, prepare small Ladoos.
- Now your perfect Healthy summer Ladoo’s completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
