Ingredients of Green Chilli Chutney 

  • Hari Mirch ( Green Chilli) – 200 gm
  • mustard oil- 2 tbsp
  • Jeera/cumin seed- 1 tbsp
  • Peeled Garlic – 35 Clove
  • Roasted Peanut – 4 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste

Materials

  • 200 grams Hari Mirch ( Green Chilli)
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Jeera/cumin seed
  • 35 Cloves Peeled Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Roasted Peanut
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • To make Hot and Spicy Green chilli Chutney, first take 200 Grams of Green chilli.
  • Now, remove the upper stalk of all Chilli.
  • Now, cut all Chill into small pieces.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of Mustard seeds and heat well.
  • Now into hot oil, add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 30-35 Garlic cloves and roast well for 30 seconds.
  • After 30 seconds, add all chopped green Chilli into the pan, mix well, and roast on a low medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now add 4 tbsp of roasted peanuts and mix well and roast on a low medium flame for 1 minute.
  •  Now add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Now turn off the flame and let it cool.
  •  Now, take a crusher and crush the chutney mixture with it and make coarse chutney.
  • You can also Grind it into a grinding jar.
  •  Now transfer it into a bowl, and your Hot and spicy Green chilli chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Green Chilli Chutney Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make Hot and Spicy Green chilli Chutney, first take 200 Grams of Green chilli.
