  • Clarified Butter/Ghee – 1 cup
  • Wheat flour – 2 cup (250 grams)
  • Edible Gum – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Materials

  • Jaggery – 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Clarified Butter/Ghee – 1 cup
  • Wheat flour – 2 cup (250 grams)
  • Edible Gum – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • To make perfect Gond Gur Papdi, first take a grinding jar, add 3 tbsp of edible gum and make a fine powder.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of ghee, and melt it.
  • After ghee melts, add 2 cups of wheat flour, stir continuously, and roast on low flame until it turns dark.
  • While roasting the wheat flour, take a plate and grease it with oil.
  • After the wheat flour mixture turns dark, turn off the flame, add edible gum powder, and mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of dry ginger powder, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
  • Now, take out the pan on a platform, keep the string and let the mix a little cool.
  • When the mix is medium hot, add 1 cup of crushed jaggery and mix well and stir continuously.
  • Now, transfer the mix to the greased tray and spread well.
  • Now, make cut marks on the Gur Papdi and let it set for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 Minutes, your Gond Gur Papdi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
