Gond Daliya Recipe | How to make Gond Daliya at Home | Healthy Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- Almonds
- Poppy Seed – 1 tbsp
- Fox nut
- Gond Katira – 1 tbsp
- Cardamom – 4
- Clarified Butter – 1 tsp
- Milk – 700 ml
- Rock Sugar
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and healthy gond daliya, take almonds (soaked for 4-5 hours), 1 tbsp of soaked poppy seeds (soaked for 4-5 hours), 1 tbsp. of gond katira (soaked for 4-5 hours), and foxnut.
- Now take a grinding jar, add soaked almonds, soaked poppy seeds, four cardamoms, a little water, and make a thick paste.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, add one bowl of foxnuts, and roast for two minutes.
- After two minutes, transfer the foxnut to a plate.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of ghee to the pan and heat well.
- After the hot ghee, add four tablespoons of broken wheat (Daliya) and roast until golden.
- After the Daliya turns golden, add 700 ml of milk and cook on medium heat.
- After cooking for some time, add the prepared paste and four tablespoons of rock sugar, mix well, and cook.
- After the rock sugar melts, add fox nut and boil until 2-3 boils.
- After 2-3 boils, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
- Now turn off the flame, add 3–4 tablespoons of Gond Katira, and mix well.
- Now your perfect and healthy Daliya is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
