गेहू के आटे का हलवा ऐसे बनाएंगे इतना स्वादिष्ट बनेगा की मूंग दाल हलवा भूल जायेंगे Atta Halwa Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
Saffron Strand – 1 pinch
Ghee – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Cashew Nuts – 10-15
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • To make Gehu Atta Halwa take apan.
  • Add 1 cup sugar,2 cups of water.
  • On medium flame melt sugar.
  • Add Saffron Strand and mix well and bring sugar syrup to a boil.
  • Turn off flame and keep aside after 1 boil.
  • Take 1 cup ghee,1 cup wheat flour.
  • Take a kadhai add 1 cup ghee and melt on low medium.
  • Add Cashew Nuts and fry until golden.
  • After golden transfer onto a plate.
  • Add wheat flour/Atta into same ghee.
  • Roast on low flame stirring continuously.
  • Roast until mix turn dark golden brown.
  • On low flame add prepared sugar syrup in batches.
  • Keep stirring continuously,wheat flour absorb all the water.
  • Cook for 2-3 mins util it releases ghee.
  • When ghee releases Add Cardamom Powder,fried Cashew and mix well.
  • Turn off flame and serve.
  • Gehu Atta Halwa is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
