- Wheat flour – 2 cup
- Gram flour – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Carom Seed – 1 tsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Boiled Potato – 4
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Imli Ki Chutney
- Oil
Instructions
- To make the unique Flower Aloo Samosa, take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour, three tablespoons of gram flour, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of carom seeds, and mix everything well.
- Next step: add four tablespoons of oil and mix well.
- Next step: add water in batches and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Next step: cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Next step: take 4-5 boiled and peeled potatoes and mash them with the help of a masher.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, and 1 tsp of Kasoori methi and mix everything well.
- Next step: add two tablespoons of corn flour and mix well.
- Next step: check the dough, knead again, and divide the dough into four portions.
- Next step: take one part of the dough, coat it with flour, and roll it to medium thickness.
