  • Besan/Gram Flour – 1 tbsp

Materials

  • Meshed Boiled Potato – 1 Pcs
  • Dosa Batter
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Sambar Masala – 1/4 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Coriander
  • Finely Chopped Onion – 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Capsicums – 1 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Besan/Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Oil for Frying

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Dosa Pakoda, take Dosa batter and one mashed potato.
  • Now add salt to the batter and mix well.
  • Now take a mashed potato, add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of sambhar masala.
  • Now add chopped coriander, finely chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped curry leaves.
  • Now mix everything well and prepare a dough.
  • Now, take a small portion of the mix and prepare round balls with them.
  • Now add 1 tsp of gram flour and mix well with batter.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, one by one, dip potato balls in the batter; after this, drop them into the oil.
  • Now fry all pakora well until it turns golden and crispy.
  • Transfer them to a plate after the Pakoda turns golden and crispy.
  • Now your Perfect Dosa Pakoda is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
