Materials

  • Kaju/Cashew – 300 grams
  • Milk Powder – 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Condensed milk – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped pistachio – 6 pcs
  • Silver Leaf

Instructions

  • To make Perfect Dilbahar Kaju Ladoo, take a grinding jar and add 300 grams of Kaju/Cashew and grind well and make a fine powder.
  • Now transfer the Kaju in a Big Bowl.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of Milk powder, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix all dry ingredients.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of condensed milk and mix well.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of hot ghee and mix everything well and prepare a dough.
  • Now, take lemon size portion and prepare a round Ladoo with it.
  • Now, one by one, prepare all Ladoo with the remaining mix.
  • If you want to make Ladoo with stuffing, then take 2 tbsp of Gulkand.
  • Now add 1 tbsp desiccated coconut and mix well.
  • Now, take lemon size Ladoo mix and spread it like the following image.
  • Now, place the Gulkand stuffing on it.
  • Now, close it from all sides and prepare a Ladoo.
  • Now garnish all Ladoo with silver leaf.
  • Now garnish it with chopped pistachio.
  • Now, Your homemade Kaju Dilbahar Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
