In this post you will learn How to make Dal Fry at Home Very easily.

Materials
- 1 cup Washed Toor Dal
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 2 finely chopped tomato
- 5 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 finely chopped green Chilli
- salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
- 2 Red Chilli
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp Black Mustard
- 1 tbsp Jeera
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- finely chopped coriander
Instructions
- To make Dal Fry first Place a cooker on flame and add 1 cup washed Toor Dal and 4 glasses of water to it.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and close the lid and cook until 4 whistles.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 3 tbsp of ghee and melt well.
- Now add 1 pinch of asafetida, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 inch of ginger, 1 finely chopped green Chilli, and onion and fry until golden on medium flame.
- Now add finely chopped tomato and fry well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder and mix everything well and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
- Now add chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now add 1/4 cup of water and mix everything well.
- Now check Cooked Dal and it adds into the pan and mixes well.
- Now to make Tadka take a small pan and place it on low flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of ghee and melt well.
- Now add 1 pinch of cumin seeds, 2 dry red Chillies.
- Now turn off the flame and 1 tsp of Kashmiri red Chilli powder and now your Tadka is ready .
- Now you can serve your you dal and add Tadka oil to it.
- Now your Tadka Dal is completely ready and you can enjoy it.

8 – Now add 1/4 cup of water and mix everything well.
9 – Now check Cooked Dal and it adds into the pan and mixes well.
10 – Now to make Tadka take a small pan and place it on low flame.
11 – Now add 1 tbsp of ghee and melt well.
12 – Now add 1 pinch of cumin seeds, 2 dry red Chillies.
13 – Now turn off the flame and 1 tsp of Kashmiri red Chilli powder and now your Tadka is ready.
14 – Now you can serve your you dal and add Tadka oil to it.
15 – Now your Tadka Dal is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
