बिना फालतू मेहनत के दुनिया का सबसे सॉफ्ट Dahi Vada देखके कह उठेंगे पहले क्यों नहीं बताया Dahi Vada

INGREDIENTS
FOR BHALLE
Urad dal/split gram – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Finely chopped ginger & green chilli – 1 tsp
Cooking oil for deep fry
FOR DIPPING
Warm water – 1 bowl
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Salt
FOR MASALA
Cumin seeds – 4 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 500 ml
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Mithi chutney
Hari chutney

  • In a bowl take split grama nd soak for 3-4 hours or more.
  • Drain water.
  • Add dal into mixer jar and make fine paste/batter.Do not add water if neccesary add only cold water.
  • Mix well with hand in one direction to form air packets for 8-10 mins.
  • Now add cumin seeds,Salt ,Finely chopped ginger & green chilli.
  • Mix well.
  • Now in a kadhai add cooking oil for deep fry.
  • Dip fingers into water and take ball size batter and drop into oil and
  • Fry on medium flame until light golden colour.
  • Now take a bowl add warm water,Asafoetida,Salt.
  • Drain oil from balle and add into warm water and dip it for 20-30 mins.
  • In a pan add cumin and dry roast.
  • Add Pepper powder,Red chilli powder,Chaat masala,Black salt,Coriander powder and roast.
  • Add Asafoetida and turn off flame and let it cool.
  • Make a course powder.
  • Now take soaked bhalle.
  • Press lightly and remove excess water and keep into a bowl.
  • Now pour thick whisked curd,Pour mithi chutney,Pour hari chutney,Sprinkle multi purpose dahi bhalla masala,Sprinkle red chilli powder.
  • Dahi vada is ready to serve.ENJOY!!
