  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • Green Chilies – 2
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Futana/Roasted
  • Gram Dal – 2 tbsp.
  • Asafetida – 2 pinch
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 50 gms. Tamarind 
  • 1 tbsp. Oil 
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
  • 2 pinch Asafetida 
  • 50 gms. Jaggery/Gud
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Red Chili Powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp. Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp. Pepper Powder 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp. Black Salt
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 inch Ginger 
  • Futana/Roasted
  • 2 tbsp. Gram Dal
  • 2 tbsp. Asafetida 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cumin Seeds 
  • 1/2 tbsp. Black Salt 
  • 1 tbsp. Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Water 

Instructions

  • Firstly we will make tamarind chutney and for this, you take 50 grams of seedless tamarind and soak it in hot water for 15 minutes.
  • Now grind them in a tamarind grinding jar and prepare a fine paste.
  • After grinding the tamarind, filter it with the help of a sieve.
  • Now you put a pan on the gas and put it on low flame 1 tbsp. Oil and heat it.
  • After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tbsp. Add kamik seeds, 2 pinch asafetida, and also tamarind paste, now mix everything well.
  • Now you put 50 grams of it and mix well and cook it.
  • Now you have 2 tbsp. Sugar and mix it on medium flame.
  • Now you put in it 1 tbsp. Red Chili, 1/2 tbsp. Coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp. Garam Masala, 1/2 tbsp. pepper powder.
  • Now you add salt to it and 1/2 tbsp. Black salt now mixes everything well and cook till thick.
  • And right now your tamarind chutney is ready.
  • Now we will make green chutney and for this take 1 grinding jar and add green coriander, fresh mint leaves, 2 green chilies, 1-inch ginger, and finally add 2 tbsp. Roasted Gram Dal.
  • Now you add 2 pinch asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp. Kala salt, 1 tbsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp. Add lemon juice and finally 2 tbsp. Water.
  • Now grind it finely and now your green chutney is also ready.
  • Now take 1 cup thick curd and add a little salt in it, 1.2 tbsp. Mix sugar and everything well.
  • Now you take 2 medium CJ potatoes which you can crush by hand.
  • Now put in the potatoes 3 tbsp. Add boiled moong dal right now, 1 tbsp. Mix red chili powder, salt as per taste, and a little finely chopped green coriander and everything.
  • Your curd whole masala is ready now.
  •  Now take the water and pour it in between.
  • Now you take a puri and put masala in it firstly and also fill the masala in all the pooris.
  • Now put all the boondi inside the puri and also add the finely chopped onion inside all of the puris.
  • Now you add finely chopped tomatoes, and now you add sour-sweet tamarind chutney.
  •  And now you put green chutney in it, and finally you put curd in it.
  • Now sprinkle red chili on puri and also sprinkle nylon sev on puri and finally add finely chopped coriander.
  • Now your curd puri chaat is completely ready and you can enjoy it.

2 – Now grind tamarind in a grinding jar and prepare a fine paste.
3 – After grinding the tamarind, filter it with the help of a sieve.

5 – After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tbsp of Add cumin seeds, 2 pinch asafoetida, and also add tamarind paste, now mix everything well.
6 – Now add 50 grams of jaggry and mix well and cook it.
4 – Now add 2 tbsp of Sugar and mix on medium flame.
8 – Now add 1 tbsp of Red Chili, 1/2 tbsp of Coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp of Garam Masala, 1/2 tbsp of pepper powder.
9 – Now add salt to it and 1/2 tbsp. Black salt now mixes everything well and cook till thick.
10 – And right now your tamarind chutney is ready.

11 – Now we will make green chutney and for this take 1 grinding jar and add green coriander, fresh mint leaves, 2 green chilies, 1-inch ginger, and finally add 2 tbsp of Roasted Gram Dal.
12 – Now add 2 pinch asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1/4 tbsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp of Black salt, 1 tbsp of dry mango powder, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and finally add 2 tbsp of Water.

13 – Now grind it finely and now your green chutney is also ready.

14 – Now take 1 cup thick curd and add a little salt in it, 1.2 tbsp. Mix sugar and everything well.
15 – Now take 2 medium size potatoes which you can crush by hand.
16 – Now add all potatoes, 3 tbsp of boiled moong dal, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, salt as per taste, and a little finely chopped green coriander and mix everything well.

17 – Your dahi puri masala is ready now.
18 – Now take Pani puri is a plate and make a hole in the mid of Pani puri.
19 – Now take a puri and put masala in it firstly and also fill the masala in all the pooris.
20 – Now put boondi inside the puri and also add the finely chopped onion inside all of the puris.
21 – Now add finely chopped tomatoes, and now add sweet tamarind chutney.
22 – And now you add green chutney in it, and finally add put curd in it.
23 – Now sprinkle red chili on puri and also sprinkle nylon sev on puri and finally add chopped coriander.
24 – Now your curd puri chaat is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
