Materials
- Cooked Rice – 1.5 cup
- Curd – 1.5 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tsp
- White gram – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
- Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
- Cashew nut – 1 tbsp
- Silited Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
- Red Chili – 3 to 4
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the outstanding Curd Rice, take 1.5 cups of cooked rice in a bowl.
- Next step – 1.5 cups of fresh curd, and salt as per taste and mix well with the help of a whisker.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of Bengal gram, 1 tsp of the white gram, curry leaves, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, and roast everything on low flame.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of cashew, 2-3 slit green chilli, and roast on medium flame.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of chopped onion and roast well until golden.
- Next step – add 3-4 dry red chilli and roast well.
- Next step – turn off the flame and transfer the prepared tempering into the curd-rice mix.
- Next step – add chopped coriander and mix well.
