Crispy Crunchy Onion Bonda

जब तरस गए हो गरमा गरम चायवाला नाश्ता 10 मिनट में ऐसा क्रिस्पी नाश्ता वो भी इंस्टेंट नारियल चटनी साथ


For Bonda
Onion – 5-6
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Finely Chopped Curry Leaves
Finely Chopped Coriander
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Hot oil – 2 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp

For chutney
Oil – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Chana Dal – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Green Chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Curry Leaves
Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Tamrind Pulp – 1/2 tsp
Water – 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste

For Tadka
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves

  • To Make onion bonda.
  • Take Onions.
  • Peel,wash and remove both ends of onion,and cut into slices.Add Finely Chopped Green Chilli,Finely Chopped Curry Leaves,Finely Chopped Coriander,Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Cumin Powder,Asafoetida,Ginger Garlic Paste,Gram Flour,Rice Flour,Hot oil and mix well.
  • Add 3 tbsp water and mix well.
  • Add Baking Soda and mix well.
  • Take ball size mix and prepare bonda.
  • Drop Bonda into oil and fry on medium flame.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • Take out when golden crisp.
  • Transfer on a tissue paper.
  • To make Chutney.
  • Take a kadahi add oil and heat.
  • Add Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Chana Dal and Saute until golden.
  • Add Garlic,Grren Chillies,Ginger,Curry Leaves,Desiccated Coconut and Saute for 30 sec on low flame.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool completely.
  • Add mix into a grinding jar.
  • Add Tamrind Pulp,Salt,Water and blend well.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Lets prepare tadka.
  • Add oil in tadka pan.
  • Add Mustard seeds,Curry leaves and fry.
  • Pour tadka on chutney.
  • Instant Chutney and Bonda is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
