In this post, I will share an easy and straightforward recipe to make Coconut pudding step by step.

Materials
- 1 cup Fresh coconut
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup corn flour/corn starch
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- To make coconut pudding, first take 1 cup of fresh coconut.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add coconut pieces to it.
- Now add 1 cup of water and grind coconut well.
- Now, strain the coconut milk with the help of a cloth.
- Now, take a bowl and add 1/4 cup of cornflour and 3/4 cup of prepared coconut milk and mix well and make a slurry.
- Now, take a pan, add coconut milk to it, and heat on medium flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of sugar, 1pinch of salt, mix well on low flame, and heat for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add corn starch slurry in batches and stir continuously.
- Now cook until its starts coating on the spatula.
- After its starts coating on the spatula, turn off the flame.
- Now, take any small bowl or contender and fill them with hot coconut pudding.
- Now let coconut pudding cool for 5 minutes.
- Now, put all the coconut pudding into the fridge for 1 hour to set.
- After 1 Hour, take out all coconut pudding from the fridge.
- Now sprinkle some cardamom powder on coconut pudding and garnish it with silver balls.
- Now your coconut pudding is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.
