Materials
- Milk – 1/2 ltr (500 ml)
- Sugar Candy (मिश्री) – 400 gram
- Desiccated Coconut – 500 gram
- Rose Essence – 1 tsp
- Rose Petals
- Coconut piece
- Silver Leaves
Instructions
- To make the tastiest Coconut Burfi, place a pan on flame, add 500 ML of full-fat milk, and boil.
- After a boil, turns the flame to low and boil until milk quantity reduces to 1/2 of its quantity.
- Next step – take 400 grams of Mishri and crush it with the help of a roller pin.
- Next step – add crushed Mishri into a grinding jar, grind well and make a fine powder.
- After the milk reduces to 1/2 of its quantity, add Mishri powder and mix well.
- After the milk colour changes, add 500 grams of desiccated coconut, mix well and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of rose essence, mix well and turn off the flame.
- Next step – take a tray and grease it with oil.
- Next step – transfer the Burfi mixture into the tray and spread well, and let it set for 2 hours.
- Next step – take rose petals and cut them into small pieces.
