- Cooking oil – 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- To make Perfect Chocolate Swiss Roll, take a bowl and place a strainer on it.
- Now add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup of sugar powder, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, and sieve well.
- Now add 2 tsp of cocoa powder, and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of milk and mix well with a whisker.
- Now add 1/4 cup of smell-free oil and mix gently.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of white vinegar and mix well.
- Now divide the prepared batter into two bowls.
- Now, place a pan on flame, and grease it with oil/butter.
- Now, take one bowl of batter, pour it into Pan, and spread to medium thickness.
- Now, close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- After 5-6 minutes, check it by inserting a toothpick; if the toothpick is clean, the cake is cooked well.
