Materials
- Paneer – 200 gm
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Garlic

- Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli paste – 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- White Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum
- Onion
- Green Chilli – 2
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander

- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic

- Butter Soy Souce – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Paste
- Salt as per Taste
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and perfect Instant Chilli Paneer, take 200 grams of paneer and cut it into small pieces.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper powder, and corn flour on the paneer pieces and coat well.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 2-3 tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- After hot oil, add paneer pieces to the oil and roast well on both sides.
- After the paneer turns golden, transfer the paneer pieces onto a plate.
- Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of garlic, 1 tbsp of coarse ginger, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of red chili paste, 1 tsp of tomato ketchup, and 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
- Now add 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1/2 tsp of white vinegar, 2-3 tbsp of spring onion greens, and 1/2 cup of water, and mix everything well.
- Now add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of pepper powder, and mix everything well.
- Place a pan on the flame, add two tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- After hot oil, add chopped capsicum (all colors), chopped onion, two chopped green chilies, and two dry red chilies, and roast a little on high flame.
- After roasting a little, add the prepared sauce, mix well, and cook.
- After some time, add one tablespoon of butter and mix well.
- Now add the fried paneer, mix well, and cook for 30–40 seconds.
- After 30–40 seconds, garnish it with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
Fried Rice Recipe
- To make the perfect market-style veggie fried rice, place a pan on flame, add two tablespoons of oil and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add 1 tbsp of coarse garlic, 1 tbsp of coarse ginger, two chopped green chilies, and roast a little.
- After roasting a little, add 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, chopped beans, chopped onion, capsicum, and chopped cabbage and roast well for 50–60 seconds.
- After 50–60 seconds, add butter and mix well.
- Add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of vinegar, 1 tsp of red chili sauce, salt as per taste, and 1 tsp of pepper powder, and mix everything well.
- Add two cups of cooked rice, chopped spring onion greens, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- After cooking for some time, turn off the flame and serve it with the prepared chili paneer.
