  • Water – 1.5 cup 
  • Semolina(Sooji) – 1 cup 
  • Chopped onion – 1
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • pizza seasoning – 1 tsp 
  • Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp 
  • Mashed potato – 1 cup 
  • mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup 
  • chopped coriander
  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1.5 tbsp

Instant Dip Ingredients 

  • veg mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • onion – 2 tbsp 
  • Capsicum – 2 tbsp 
  • Tomato – 2 tbsp 
  • Schezwan sauce – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • 1.5 cup Water 
  • 1 cup Semolina(Sooji)
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder 
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning 
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 cup Mashed potato
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1.5 tbsp Oil 

Instant Dip Ingredients 

  • 4 tbsp veg mayonnaise 
  • 2 tbsp onion 
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum 
  • 2 tbsp Tomato 
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce

Instructions

  • To make the tastiest Cheesy Rava cutlet, first place a pan on flame, add 1.5 cups of water and boil on medium flame.
  • After a boil, turn the flame to low, and little by little, add 1 cup of semolina(Sooji) and mix well.
  • After mixing Sooji, cook it for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, one chopped onion, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of pizza seasoning, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 cup of mashed potato.
  • Now add salt as per taste and mix everything well on low flame.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, chopped coriander, 2 tbsp of rice flour, and mix well.
  • After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame, transfer it to a greased tray, and spread well.
  • Now, let it set for 1/2 hour in the fridge.
  • Now take 4 tbsp of veg mayonnaise and add 2 tbsp of onion, 2 tbsp of capsicum, 2 tbsp of chopped tomato.
  • Now mix everything well.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of Schezwan sauce, mix well, and your instant Dip is ready.
  • After 1/2 hour, take out the cutlet tray from the fridge.
  • Now, cut it into small pieces and with the help of a cookie-cutter, or you can also cut it into any shape you want.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 1.5 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add sooji cutlet into the pan and roast well.
  • After some time, when the suji cutlet turns golden on the backside, turn them to another side and roast well.
  • Now transfer all cutlets to a plate and roast the next batch.
  • Now your Cheesy Sooji Cutlet is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

9 – Now take 4 tbsp of veg mayonnaise and add 2 tbsp of onion, 2 tbsp of capsicum, 2 tbsp of chopped tomato.
