Cheese Pancake is a flat and slightly thick, round-shaped pancake recipe prepared mainly in different ways. .It is easy to make & it is very tasty & mouthwatering. The recipe can be prepared with less efforts and is cooked by spreading the pancake batter on a frying pan. Cheese Pancakes are generally served for breakfast and are usually topped with Cream cheese ,some veggies and many more.

Semolina – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped tomato – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Green chilly – 1 pc
Red chilly flakes – 1 tsp
Pizza seasoning – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh curd – 4 tbsp
Water as required
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Cheese Slice/Mozeralla Cheese/Processed Cheese
- To make Cheese Pancake take a bowl & add Semolina, Wheat flour, Finely chopped Onion,Finely chopped Carrot,Finely chopped tomato,Finely chopped green chilly,Red chilly flakes,Pizza seasoning,salt to taste,
- Fresh curd & mix well.
- Add water if required & prepare a thick batter.
- Take Tadka pan & add oil.
- Once it is hot add mustard seeds,Sesame seeds.
- Pour tadka into prepared mixture & mix well.
- Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Add Finely chopped coriander leaves,Baking powder & mix it gently.
- Heat tawa on medium flame & grease with oil.
- Once Tawa is hot reduce the flame to medium.
- Pour ladle full batter & spead it thick.
- Roast from both the sides until golden.
- Take out into plate.
- Cheese Pancake is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
