5 Min मे मिक्सी मे बिना गैस जलाये सबसे इजी क्रीमीक्रीमी सॉफ्ट Butter Scotch Ice Cream – ButterScotch

INGREDIENTS
Fresh cream – 250 ml
Powdered sugar – 4 tbsp
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Butterscotch essence
Yellow food colour – 1 pinch
Butterscotch chips(optional)
Suagr – 1/4 cup(4 tbsp)
Butter – 1 tsp
Crushed Cashew nuts – 3 tbsp

  • To make butterscotch ice cream,take a mixer jar.
  • Add 250 ml cream,Sugar powder,Milk powder,Milk,Butterscotch essence.Yellow food colour.
  • Churn on high speed for 2 mins until it form air pockets.
  • Take a air tight container and transfer the mix.
  • Deep freeze for 60-90 mins.
  • Lets prepare praline, Take a small pan.
  • Add sugar and melt until it turns its colour.
  • After sugar melts and turns colour add butter and mix well.
  • Add crushed cashew/almonds and mix well.
  • Turn off flame.
  • Take a plate and grease oil.
  • Transfer mix on the plate and spread.
  • Let it set for 15 mins.
  • Make pieces and add into zip lock packet and crush course with the help of roller pin and transfer into a bowl.
  • Check ice cream mix after 90 mins,transfer mix into grinding jar and churn on high speed for 2 mins.
  • Transfer into container and add praline or butterscothch chips.
  • Add plastic or cling or foil to cover surface.
  • Deep freeze for 7-8 hours.
  • Check after 7-8 hours and remove paper.
  • Scoop and serve.
  • Ice cream is ready. ENJOY!!!
