Materials

  • Raw Banana Peel 
  • Water – 1.5-2 cups
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garlic – 5-6 cloves
  • Green chilies – 2 
  • Turmeric powder – 1 pinch 
  • Mustard powder – 1-5-2 tbsp 
  • Kalonji/Nigella  1/2 tsp 
  • Dry red chilli – 1 

Instructions

  • To make amazing Rav Banana Chutney, first take two raw banana peels.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add 1.5 glasses of and heat well.
  • After the hot water, add banana peel into the water and cook until they turn soft.
  • After 3-4 minutes, check the banana peel, turn off the water, drain the excess water, and let it cool.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add cooked banana peel to it.
  • Now add salt as per taste, 5-6 garlic cloves, two green chilies, one pinch of turmeric powder.
  • Now grind well and make a fine paste.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and heat well.
  • After the pan is hot, add 2 tbsp of mustard oil and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of nigella.
  • After some seconds, add one dry red chilli, prepare chutney, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, and it is ready to serve.
  • Now your Deliciuc Raw banana chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
