Banana Chutney Recipe | How to make Banana Chutney at Home | Kele Ki Chutney
Materials
- Raw Banana Peel
- Water – 1.5-2 cups
- Salt as per taste
- Garlic – 5-6 cloves
- Green chilies – 2
- Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
- Mustard powder – 1-5-2 tbsp
- Kalonji/Nigella 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chilli – 1
Instructions
- To make amazing Rav Banana Chutney, first take two raw banana peels.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 1.5 glasses of and heat well.
- After the hot water, add banana peel into the water and cook until they turn soft.
- After 3-4 minutes, check the banana peel, turn off the water, drain the excess water, and let it cool.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add cooked banana peel to it.
- Now add salt as per taste, 5-6 garlic cloves, two green chilies, one pinch of turmeric powder.
- Now grind well and make a fine paste.
- Now, place a pan on flame and heat well.
- After the pan is hot, add 2 tbsp of mustard oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of nigella.
- After some seconds, add one dry red chilli, prepare chutney, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, and it is ready to serve.
- Now your Deliciuc Raw banana chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
