INGREDIENTS
Oil for frying
Raw banana
Water – 3-4 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • To make prefect crispy banana chips.
  • Take a pan add oil and heat on low medium flame.
  • Take banana cut edges.
  • Slit sides and remove peel.
  • Grease hands if it is sticky.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add water,Salt and turmeric and mix well.
  • Check oil temperature and on low flame Take a slicer.
  • Slice banana directly into oil.
  • Fry on medium flame until its firm and crisp.
  • Add 1 tsp turmeric water stir and fry until golden crisp.
  • After crisp remove from oil and transfer onto a tissue and let it cool completely.
  • Store into air tight container when it is completely cool for 1 month.
