Materials
- Bajra flour – 1.5 cup
- Wheat flour – 5 tbsp
- Chopped fenugreek leaves
- Chopped Coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Ginger – green chillies paste – 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
- Carom Seed – 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Clarified Butter – 1 tbsp
- Jaggery water
- Curd – 6 tsp
- Clarified Butter
Chutney Ingredients
- Garlic Cloves – 1/4 cup
- Red Chili powder – 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the Perfect Bajra Methi Dhebra, take a wide plate, and add 1.5 cups of Bajra Flour.
- Next step – add 5 tbsp of wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Next step – add ginger-green chilli paste, 2 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1 tsp of salt.
- Next step – add one tbsp of ghee and mix everything well.
- Next step – add jaggery water(2 tbsp of jaggery mix in 2 tbsp of water), fresh curd as required, and prepare a soft dough.
- Next step – one by one, take small portions on the dough and small balls with them.
- Next step – take a dough ball, coat it with flour, and roll it slightly thick.
- Next step – cut the prepared Dhebra with the help of a tiffin cover.
- Next step – roll the remaining Dhebra.
- Next step – place a Tawa on flame, grease it with oil, and heat on medium flame.
- Next step – place prepared Dhebra on the Tawa and roast well.
- After 1 minute, apply ghee on both sides and roast well until golden.
- After the Dhebra turns golden, transfer it to a plate and roast the Next Dhebra.
- Now your Perfect Bajra Methi Dhebra are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
Spicy Chutney Recipe
- Take a Grinding Jar, add 1/4 cup of Garlic cloves, 2 tbsp of red chilli powder, and 2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of salt, grind everything well and make a coarse powder.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat a little.
- Next step – add prepared powder and roast well on low flame.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of curd & 2 tbsp of water and mix well.
- After a boil, turns off the flame and serve your Chutney with Bajra Methi Dhebra.
