What is Almonds Milk/Badam Milkshake?
Almond milk is made by mixing almonds with water and then straining the mixture to remove the solids. You can also make it by adding water to almond butter.
Most people buy it premade, though it’s pretty easy to make at home as well. In most supermarkets, you can find almond milk, generally in the health food section. It is also straightforward to make at home.
Almond milk is naturally dairy-free, meaning it’s suitable for vegans, as well as people with a dairy allergy or lactose intolerance.

Badam Milkshake Recipe | How to make Badam shake at Home | Almonds Milkshake Recipe
Materials
- 1 litre Milk
- 16 Soaked Almonds
- Saffron Strands (optional)
- Cardamom Powder
- 1.5 tsp Custard Powder
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- Chopped Cashewnuts
- Almonds
- Pistachio
Instructions
- 1 - To make Badam Milkshake, place a heavy-based pan on flame and add 1 litre of milk to it.
- Now boil milk on medium flame until it is reduced to 80%.
- While milk is boiling, keep the 1/4 cup of milk aside from boiling milk.
- Now take 16 soaked Almonds( Soaked into the water overnight and remove the skin).
- Now, take 2 tbsp of boiling milk and add it into almonds.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add almonds, and make a coarse paste.
- After the milk starts to boil, turn the flame on a low medium, keep stirring continuously, and scrape the side milk and mix it into milk.
- Now add one pinch of saffron strands, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Now, take 1/4 cup of milk we have remained before and add 1.5 tsp of custard powder to it and mix well.
- Now, slowly add custard powder, mix into boiling milk and mix well.
- Now add 4 tbsp of sugar and melt the sugar well.
- After sugar melts well, add the Almond paste to it, mix well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add some chopped dry fruits you can add any dry fruit and mix well.
- After its starts coating on the spatula then turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl and let it cool.
- After it turns to room temperature, keep it in the fridge for 3 hours and cool completely.
- Now your Market-style Badam Milkshake is ready, and You can serve it and enjoy it.
