  • Wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Semolina – 3 tbsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Carom Seed – 1 tsp
  • Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
  • Clarified Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Paneer – 180 gm
  • Processed Cheese – 1
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 4 tbsp
  • Chopped Green Chili
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Red Chili Flakes – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger green chilli paste – 1 tsp
  • Pizza Seasoning – 2 tsp
  • Sweet Corn – 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander

Instructions

  • To make the amazing Atta Paneer Bati, take a wide plate, add 1 cup of wheat flour, 3 tbsp of semolina, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of carom seeds, and 1 tsp of Kasoori methi.
  • Now add one tablespoon of ghee and mix everything well.
  • Now add water as required and prepare a medium-soft dough.
  • Now cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Now take 180 grams of paneer and grate it with the help of a medium-sized grater.
  • Now add 4 tbsp of mozzarella cheese, one grated processed cheese, 2–3, and 5 tbsp of chopped capsicum.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of red chili flakes, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp of pizza seasoning, 4-5 tbsp of boiled sweet corn, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
  • After 5 minutes, check the dough and knead well.
  • Now prepare small balls with the dough.
  • Now take a ball, spread it, and give it a bowl shape.
  • Now fill the stuffing, close it from all sides, and prepare a round ball.
  • Now prepare the stuffed Bati with the remaining dough and stuffing.
  • Now place an Appe pan on the flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
  • Now place the prepared Bati into the pan and apply oil to the Bati.
